Dempsey hails Fianna Fáil performance

Communications and Marine Minister Noel Dempsey has hailed Fianna Fáil’s performance so far as excellent.

Fianna Fáil’s Conor Lenihan was also elected in the constituency while Labour leader Pat Rabbitte fell just six votes short of defending his seat in the first count.
