Labour: Ring-fence funds for disadvantaged areas

Labour says it wants all Government departments to ring-fence at least 5% of the funds they get under the National Development Plan for disadvantaged communities.

That is one of the key elements of their plan to fight poverty and exclusion in underprivileged areas.
