Labour vows to immediately bring in new hospital beds

The Labour Party says it will immediately begin to implement its plan for 2,300 new hospital beds if it is elected to power next week.

The party's deputy leader and health spokesperson says it has already identified 10 locations where more acute beds are urgently needed.
