O'Neill says Church of Ireland schools are losing ethos

The Church of Ireland Archbishop of Dublin is accusing the Department of Education of only "paying lip service" to its concept of Christian education.

Reverend John Neill says population growth in recent years means Church of Ireland schools are being forced to expand so rapidly that their ethos is being lost.
