Support groups seek improved policies for older people

Ireland's political parties are coming under fire from groups who say their policies do not go far enough in dealing with issues affecting older people.

A number of support and lobby groups have come together today to demand that the parties pledge to increase the old-age pension to 40% of average earnings.
