HSE seeks critical care exemptions from nurses

With the nurses' work stoppages set to escalate from next Tuesday, the HSE says it is continuing to try to secure exemptions for critical care cases.

It has been confirmed that more than 1,500 patient appointments and procedures have been cancelled, and the health authority has claimed that more than 3,000 more are at risk.
