Bank holiday exodus begins

The early arrival of summer is set to see thousands take to the roads, rail and air this bank holiday weekend.

With temperatures topping the high teens or early twenties on an almost daily basis, experts are predicting the May holiday weekend will be mainly sunny and dry.
