Greens promise grants to insulate badly built houses

The Green Party is promising to provide grants to insulate badly built houses and apartments if it forms part of the next government.

The Greens say the measure could reduce Ireland's CO2 emissions by almost one million tonnes each year and save people money on heating bills.
