Labour manifesto to highlight party's key commitments

The Labour Party is set to focus on its five key commitments to voters at the launch of its general election manifesto today.

The document is set to promise more hospital beds and community gardaí, pre-school education for all children, the abolition of the carer's means test and measures to help first-time buyers.
