FF set to announce major U-turn on stamp-duty reform

Fianna Fáil is expected to do a major U-turn today and announce plans to abolish stamp duty for first-time buyers.

The party has previously insisted that it will not interfere in the property market and has criticised the opposition for promising stamp-duty reform.
