Carlow town gets 100 new jobs

A hundred new jobs are being created in Carlow, it was revealed this afternoon.

Irish communications company Intellicom are opening a new call centre in the town.

The company already employs more than 100 people in its offices in Clonmel.

It said the first of the new staff would begin training by the end of this month.
