Hazel Lawlor fails in court bid to delay tribunal

Liam Lawlor's widow has failed in her bid to prevent the Quarryvale II module of the Mahon Tribunal from going ahead on Monday.

Hazel Lawlor of Somerton House in Lucan had sought the stay, pending the outcome of her judicial review challenge to the inquiry making findings against herself or her late husband.
