Former Fine Gael Minister Michael Lowry says he will not be facing any charges following his settlement with the Revenue Commissioners.

Mr Lowry, who is now an independent TD in North Tipperary, confirmed last night that he had finalised his €1.5m settlement over tax irregularities involving himself and his company, Garuda Ltd.
