Ireland fourth worst in EU for drink-related road deaths

Ireland has been ranked as the fourth worst country in the EU for alcohol-related road deaths in the latest report from the European Transport Safety Council.

The proportion of road deaths resulting from drink-driving was found to be highest in Sweden at 34%.
