Head of NI victims' group speaks out against UVF threat
The head of a victims' group in the North has spoken out against loyalist threats to his life.
Mark Thompson, the director of Relatives for Justice, was informed by police over the weekend that his name was on a UVF hit list.
A police employee has since been charged with collecting information useful to terrorists, while a member of the British army has also been implicated in the case.
Mr Thompson says he is taking the threat very seriously and is concerned about the apparent involvement of a member of the security forces.
He is also calling on the UVF to lift its threats against him and other people like Raymond McCord, whose son was murdered by the loyalist group in 1997.
