A repeat teen offender was convicted of offences 11 times without receiving any penalty, a court heard today.

The teenage boy (17), pleaded guilty at the Dublin Children’s Court yesterday to travelling as a passenger in a stolen car, and possession of stolen property, on March 6 last, in Coolock.
