Gardaí visit disgraced councillor in Galway nursing home

Gardaí in Co Galway have visited the nursing home where disgraced councillor Michael 'Stroke' Fahy is receiving respite care.

The 56-year-old, from Ardrahan, was hospitalised earlier this month the day before he was due to begin a 12-month prison sentence for fraud and attempted theft.
