A man has been jailed for life after being convicted of shooting down a boxing coach outside his home in Cork.

John Collins (aged 51), of Francis St., Rathealy Road, Fermoy, Co Cork, had pleaded not guilty to murdering John Mahon on the 12th February 2006.
