Paisley: Power-sharing conditions still not right

DUP leader Ian Paisley has said the conditions are still not right for his party to agree to share power with republicans by next Monday's deadline.

Dr Paisley told a business conference in the North today that he looked forward to wielding power, but the DUP's political and financial conditions had not been met.
