The DUP can take the credit for forcing Sinn Féin to move towards supporting the police, the party’s East Antrim MP Sammy Wilson insisted tonight.

Mr Wilson was basking in a strong performance by his party which saw him and his two running mates David Hilditch and George Dawson comfortably retain their Assembly seats.
