Bioenergy action plan launched by Government

An ambitious bioenergy plan aimed at reducing Ireland's CO2 emissions by two million tonnes per year has been launched by the Government in Dublin today.

The 'Bioenergy Action Plan for Ireland' promises to increase the deployment of renewable energy across three key sectors - transport, heat and electricity.
