Dáil business cleared to address child sex loophole

The Government has cleared Dáil business next Tuesday to deal with legal concerns about the offence of soliciting a child for sex.

The Labour Party revealed yesterday that the changes introduced after last year's underage sex controversy had inadvertently repealed the offence of soliciting a minor for sex.
