Road Safety Authority plans to introduce training for motorcyclists

The compulsory training of motorcyclists moved closer today.

According to the Road Safety Authority (RSA), seven out of 10 bikers have never received any formal training, and bikers are six times more likely to be involved in a fatal crash than other road users.
