Man injured in Dublin shooting
A man was seriously injured in a shooting attack in Dublin’s south inner city last night.
Gardaí were called to an incident at Gray Square off Meath Street at around 9pm.
One man was taken by ambulance to St James’ Hospital with suspected shotgun injuries.
A Dublin Fire Service officer said the victim may have been shot in the arm and leg.
There is also an unconfirmed report of a second man sustaining a gunshot injury to his leg at the same location.
“Officers from Kevin Street Garda Station have preserved the scene and are making further inquiries in the area,” a Garda said.
