Gardaí name victims of Wexford house fire

Gardaí have named the victims of this morning's fire in Co Wexford.

They were 42-year old Alice Connors and her seven-year-old daughter Mary from Woodview Drive in Enniscorthy.

They died when a fire engulfed their home in the early hours of this morning.

Their bodies have been removed to Waterford hospital, where post-mortem examinations will be carried out tomorrow.

Gardaí have not yet established the cause of the blaze.
