Cullen welcomes barrier-free tolling on M50

The Minister for Transport Martin Cullen is welcoming the introduction of barrier-free tolling on the M50 motorway.

Mr Cullen says the decision by the National Roads Authority to collect tolls through an electronic system will mean improved traffic flow for motorists.
