IPPA urges parents to let children play outside
IPPA, the Early Childhood Organisation has urged parents to encourage their children to play outside.
The IPPA claims that youngsters who play outdoors are more active and tend to be a healthier weight, happier and more sociable.
The organisation says it thinks that outdoor play could be one of the main solutions to childhood obesity.
However, the group said it was concerned that parents are forbidding their youngsters to play outside because of increased traffic and crimes against children.
