PD candidate O'Gorman appeals for privacy

The PD general election candidate in Wexford is appealing for his family life to be kept separate from his bid to enter the Dáil.

Colm O'Gorman vows he will not be driven out of public life by remarks about his private life.

Mr O'Gorman has been subjected to remarks he described as anti-gay and homophobic.

The anti-abuse campaigner, who is a guardian to two children, said he will do what he can to protect them.
