Jury sworn in at alleged Kerry rape trial

A jury has been sworn in at the Central Criminal Court for the trial of a north county Dublin man accused of raping a foreign national in a Kerry hotel almost two years ago.

The 39-year-old man denies two counts of section 4 rape of the woman and one count each of raping her and sexually assaulting her in a Killarney hotel on June 6, 2005.
