Six men in custody in Dublin after three separate attacks
Six men remain in garda custody in Dublin in connection with three separate incidents over the weekend.
Two men were arrested following a shooting in Swords.
One man is being questioned in connection with a fatal stabbing in Raheny.
Three men are being detained in relation to a stabbing in Tallaght.
The first incident happened just after 3pm on Saturday, when a 61-year-old man died after being stabbed at a house in Edenmore Drive in Raheny.
A 33-year-old man is being questioned at Coolock Garda station.
Later that evening, a 16-year-old boy was approached by two men and shot on St Clonan's Close in Swords.
The boy is in a stable condition in Beaumont hospital
GardaĂ believe the 16-year-old was attacked in a case of mistaken identity.
Two men, aged 16 and 36, are being held at Swords and Malahide stations.
Meanwhile, three men are being detained in connection with the stabbing of a Polish national in Tallaght.
The victim is in a stable condition in hospital.
