The Environmental Protection Agency has proposed that the controversial Corrib gas terminal in Co Mayo be granted a licence subject to 85 conditions.

The global oil firm Shell is seeking an integrated pollution prevention and control licence to allow it to build a refinery and combustion plant in Bellanaboy.
