A 20-year-old man was fighting for his life in hospital today after being stabbed at a house in Co Cavan.

A 20-year-old man was fighting for his life in hospital today after being stabbed at a house in Co Cavan.

Gardaí discovered the man lying on the ground with serious injuries after they were called to a house at Aughnaskerry, Cavan, at around 2am.
