Conference to discuss legal issues surrounding apartments

The Law Reform Commission is hosting a conference in Dublin today aimed at untangling the legal web surrounding apartment dwelling in Ireland.

The event will look at issues such as the responsibilities of management companies and the problems faced by some apartment owners when they try to sell up and move on.
