Body found at blaze house

A woman’s body was found today at the scene of a fire in the North.

The discovery was made at a house in Coagh, Co Tyrone, just before midday.

Police tonight confirmed they were investigating the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death.

It is understood her body was found at a property on Scotchtown Lane, where a small blaze had broken out.

Detectives are believed to be waiting until a post-mortem examination is carried out tomorrow before deciding whether to launch a full inquiry.
