Ireland-based Iraqi claims link to Saddam's execution video

An Ireland-based Iraqi has claimed to have received and sent out the video showing Saddam Hussein's execution.

Latif Yahia, who now lives in Co Offaly, acted as a body double for Saddam's son Uday in the former regime.
