Men becoming more concerned with weight and figure
Irish men are becoming more aware of their weight and their figures, according to new research out today.
Almost half of respondents to the Hibernian Life and Pensions survey said they exercised more than three times a week in an effort to lose weight and to look better
Hibernian says the figures show men are becoming more concerned with their body image.
However, it says many are in danger of forgetting about their internal well-being.
Fifty per cent of respondents to the survey said they had never undergone a full health screening, while almost 80% said they had no serious illness cover.
