A government-appointed group has reportedly been given three months to come up with proposals that could see prenuptial agreements becoming part of Irish law.

Reports this morning say Ministerfor Justice Michael McDowell has given the panel until the end of March to make recommendations on whether such agreements should be recognised and legally enforceable.
