New gangland murder piles pressure on Ahern

A man has been shot dead in Dublin in the latest of a series of gangland killings that is piling pressure on the Government.

The fatal gun attack near the capital’s financial district last night follows a double murder that saw one of the state’s biggest drug dealers killed and claimed the life of an innocent 20-year-old.
