Ahern coy on prospect of FF-Labour coalition

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has said he will neither rule in nor rule out a coalition between Fianna Fáil and the Labour Party after the next general election.

Labour leader Pat Rabbitte has previously insisted that he would never enter such an alliance, but said over the weekend that some Labour priorities could be achieved in a coalition with Fianna Fáil.
