Fathers’ rights group launches Christmas awareness campaign

The Fathers for Justice and Equality group has mounted its annual campaign for its members to be reunited with their children this Christmas.

Their campaign - tagged A Father for Christmas - is appealing to mothers to allow their children spend quality time on Christmas Day with their fathers.

Group spokesman Sam Butt says there's been an increase in the number of calls to the groups helpline in the last two months.

The website alone get 14,000 hits a month.
