Father accused of raping daughter on trial

The trial of a Kildare man accused of raping and indecently assaulting his daughter over a nine year period has continued in legal argument at the Central Criminal Court.

The 59 year-old man has pleaded not guilty two counts of rape between 1976 and 1985 and eight counts of indecent assault between 1976 and 1982.
