Govt urged to set up emergency fund for flood victims

Mayo TD Jerry Cowley is calling for the establishment of a national flood fund to help households and businesses that suffer damage during heavy rainfall.

The call follows major flooding in many parts of the country last weekend caused by Saturday night's storm.
