Labour outline €3.5bn plan to tackle poverty

The Labour Party today claimed it will spend €3.5bn improving the country's poverty blackspots if they get into power after the next election.

Targeting anti-social behaviour, supporting early school leavers and channelling money to the poorest estates are some of the main elements of the plan.
