Polish man critical after falling through window in Limerick

A Polish man is in a critical condition after falling from the second floor of an apartment building in Limerick yesterday evening.

The incident happened at the corner of Henry Street and Hartstone Street shortly before 7pm.

Gardaí are investigating how the man, who is believed to be in his 20s, happened to crash through the window of the apartment block.

The scene has been sealed off for technical examination.
