Man due in court in relation to fatal Westmeath crash

A 29-year-old man is due in court this morning in connection with a fatal road crash in Co Westmeath yesterday.

The man is due before Castlepollard District Court in connection with the accident on the KIlbeggan to Mullingar road in the early hours of yesterday morning.

A 40-year-old local man, Oliver Gordon, was killed when his car collided with a lorry at around 5.30am.
