Govt to restrict immigration from Romania and Bulgaria

The Government has announced that it will be imposing restrictions on migrant workers from Romania and Bulgaria when the two countries join the EU in January.

Citizens from the last 10 accession countries were allowed the freedom to work in Ireland and this has been credited with helping to maintain economic growth.
