Kenny: PPARS payroll system to cost €18m this year

Up to €18m will be spent on the troubled PPARS payroll system this year, the Dáil heard today.

Opposition leader Enda Kenny also claimed that €10m of this funding will go towards the fees of consultants working on the project.
