O’Rourke refuses to elaborate on Bertie leak comments

Fianna Fail's leader in the Seanad has refused to elaborate on her comment that the leak of information about payments to the Taoiseach came from "close to home".

Mary O'Rourke made the comment during a speech earlier this week in which she said the opposition and the Mahon Tribunal had been unfairly accused of involvement in the leak.

She was asked about the matter in a radio interview this morning, but refused to elaborate or to say what motive someone within the Government would have for damaging Bertie Ahern.
