Car-jack teen released on bail

A 14-year-old boy, who was arrested for allegedly hi-jacking a car was today released on bail but he has been barred from getting into any motor vehicle unless he is accompanied by one of his parents.

The young boy was before the Dublin Children’s Court charged with travelling as a passenger in a stolen car, at Killshane Road, in Finglas, on September 20. He had been remanded in custody last week and was released today following a bail hearing.
