Kenny demands statement from Taoiseach on Mahon probe

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny is calling on the Taoiseach to make a full statement on the payments he received in 1993 from a number of wealthy businessmen.

Bertie Ahern yesterday confirmed media reports that he was being investigated by the Mahon Tribunal over payments from between three and four businessmen.
